Pomace is made from the olive pulp that remains, so nothing from the olive is wasted!

Natural production process.

Natural production process.

Unlike many other pomace olive oils, which are made through a chemical process.

This olive oil is obtained by pressing oil from olives that have already been mechanically treated and/or by extracting it from olive pulp. We do this in a completely natural way by heating the remaining high-quality fresh pulp to 60°C in a kettle. This allows us to extract about 8% of the pulp as raw pomace olive oil, ensuring nothing from the product is wasted.

The raw pomace olive oil is then filtered and steamed to make it “edible.” To enhance the flavor, we add 10% of our organic extra virgin olive oil. This olive oil is perfect for frying and sautéing, as it can be heated up to 260°C.
