If you place the order (within the Netherlands) on working days before 23:59, you will still have the olive oil at home the next day.       

 

No, it depends on the delivery person when the olive oil is delivered.  

Yes, within the Benelux and Germany you pay €7.20 including VAT. However, we will take care of the shipping costs if you place an order that exceeds 49.95 euros.   

Gkazas works together with PostNL.   

All products that do not fit through the letterbox are sent as a package by PostNL. In this case you will receive an email from PostNL with the Track & Trace code.  

The delivery person will then leave you a note where you can pick up the product. This can be at the neighbors, at a collection point or it is offered at a different time. 

Yes, the olive oil is produced in an authentic, pure and natural way. The soil is fertilized by goats and sheep that graze freely. The olive trees only receive water from natural precipitation.   

Yes, after harvesting the olives are washed, ground and then cold pressed.  

No heating or other means were used in the production of virgin olive oil. The olive oil is produced by pressing with pressure. 

This is the most expensive quality olive oil with the most pronounced taste.       

 

Gkazas is extra virgin olive oil. So this is olive oil of the best quality.   

Our organic Greek olive oil is made from the Psilolia Koroneiki olive. This is the olive that grows on our Cretan olive groves. 

There is no difference between these two. This is the same kind of quality olive oil.

You may have created an account during a previous order with the email address you are trying to use to request a 50ML can. Can’t remember the password? Then you can request a new password via this link

It is possible that you have placed an order via your e-mail address without creating an account. This means that you have also received emails from us before, but you do not have an account. So you must first create an account before you can request a 50ML (because we need your address details). You can create an account here.

You may have created an account. However, you must first confirm your email address before the account can be used. Otherwise, anyone with your email address can create an account and of course we don’t want that. You have received an activation email for this with the title ‘You are almost there: activate your Gkazas account’. You can request the activation email again via the notification that you see when you try to log in with an email that has not been activated. You can log in here.

You can pay with Paypal, iDeal, credit card and Klarna afterwards. Paypal: via the trusted Paypal environment iDEAL: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank Credit card: payment is directly debited from your credit card Payment afterwards: the amount is reserved via Klarna and only debited after your item has been delivered

With Klarna you can pay afterwards. You will receive an invoice digitally (via the email address you provide). You then have 14 days after you have received the product to make the payment.

All our prices include VAT, so you always know exactly what needs to be paid.

After adding products to your cart you can proceed to the checkout page to check your order and adjust shipping information. If you have agreed to the terms and conditions and you are sure that the data and products are correct, you can choose to pay. Depending on your payment method, you will be forwarded to a payment page, only after payment is the order final.

The legal warranty applies to all items you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

If you have any problems with your order, we ask you to contact us. This can be done via the contact form , by email or by calling us.

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint. If you don’t agree with the solution or we can’t work it out together? Then you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

In the event that you make use of the right of withdrawal, we will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.

Then you can submit this to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

Yes, you can easily order our Greek olive oil via the website and if you do this on working days before 23:59, the olive oil will be delivered the next day.”

Yes, you can buy our Greek olive oil at one of our many sales points. You can find these on our website under points of sale.

Unfortunately, this is not possible, as the order is placed immediately to deliver your product(s) as soon as possible. Did something go wrong? Please contact us.

Something can always go wrong while placing an order. When this happens, we would like to ask you to contact us so that we can solve this quickly and together with you.
