Our production process

Fresh from tree to bottle!

Chaque hiver, nous récoltons nos olives en Crête. Nous commençons par les faire tomber de l’arbre avec un bâton.
Les olives sont recueillis dans un filets pour les séparer par la suite des feuilles, branches et les olives abimées. En fin de journée les olives restantes sont récoltées et amenées au pressoir dans des grands sacs en toile de jute.

Les olives sont ensuite lavées, broyées et pressées a froid le même jour dans un pressoir local. Ainsi nous obtenons immédiatement de l’huile d’olive extra vierge biologique. Un produit honnête, familial plein de goût et de passion!

Apres une période d’autofiltration, l’huile est mise en bouteille et transportée par camion vers les Pays-Bas. Ensuite rentrent en scène nos propres service de livraison. Voiture ou vélo cargo.
